Yoga found me in 2000.  I came into this practice pregnant with my first child, approaching the sisterhood of motherhood

wild-eyed.

I am forever grateful to the City of Angels, where I first heard that divine whispering, guiding me home through this mystical and ancient path.

My story

Born and raised in Philadelphia to a working-class family, I grew up in an environment that knew nothing of yoga and inner peace. I am in recovery from a childhood wrought with generational trauma and near-death experience. I became an over-achiever, people-pleaser and hyper-vigilant observer. Yet, I choose hope in a planet that will choose love.

I am a writer and weaver of thoughts, learning to articulate misunderstood concepts and language into new expressions that serve connection and compassion. I am a musician. Music is my healing and a gift in presence every time I commune within it.

As a participant in many industrious ambitions, I devoted much of my 20s and early 30s in the Resort and Commercial Real Estate Industries after financing my own way through The Fox School of Business at Temple University.  Even in college, I was gathering people together for a cause as the president and charter founder of an academic fraternity within my major.  I continued my commitment to productivity in the music, fitness and wellness industries and as a business owner and entrepreneur up until the Covid-19 Global Pandemic.

After living my formative years in Philadelphia, I called Denver, Los Angeles, D.C., and now, Cleveland, my home.  I thrive threading people, places, and experiences into concepts, conversations, and opportunities. I have been blessed to share and support individual and group evolutionary developmental work throughout the U.S. and internationally.

My commitment to yoga has been tested during the global pandemic and its deep-rooted teachings “off the mat” still continue to be the foundation of my inspiration, growth, and success.  On my mat, I teach through my own realizations and personal development, invoking the research and wisdom of integrated fields of wholeness.  I have worked with students through traumas, and with those in addiction recovery.

My mantra is self-love, also known as Ahimsa in the yoga community. It is my continued personal work. Through the on-going evolution of my own journey, I vow to create new and conscious curriculum, techniques, dialogues, and businesses that will sustain humanity and make us better stewards of our planet. Let’s not forget Ananda - our Bliss.

I am grateful for my life and family. I am a humble mama to my two amazing young adult kids and rescue cat, Zenny, and a committed partner to the best mirror in my house, Harry. It’s these relationships that continue to be my greatest teachers of unconditional love. I whole-heartedly believe that the root of our personal sustainability comes from intimately loving ourselves.

 I choose Love whenever possible.

It is all ways possible.

When you love your life’s work,
you are always in Love.
